St Andrew’s Tower Tour

Margaret was born and brought up on the Wirral, Merseyside but has lived in the Colnes for 43 years (41 of them in Earls Colne).  She is not only a long time volunteer (since 2005) with Earls Colne Heritage Museum but also volunteers at St Andrews Church, helps distribute the Three Colnes Magazine, volunteers at a charity shop in Colchester, runs two book clubs as well as being a member of the Twinning Association for the past 40 years. Now retired, Margaret had previously worked at the local library for 20 years.

She has always had an interest in local history.
